A capsule collection inspired by the wardrobe of HBO’s Euphoria, imagined as outfits that I would wear if I were a character in that universe. Made soon after acquiring my sewing machine, these pieces are personal, and some of my favorite garments I’ve made for myself.

Euphoria captured, like no other piece of media had before, the feeling of being a moody careless teenager of my generation. The show’s atmosphere and wardrobe are notably hyperreal. Hallways filled with custom designer outfits, exposed skin, glitter-makeup, and tiny clutch bags that couldn’t even fit a pencil. Even if that’s not how life actually looked, that’s exactly how it felt to experience.

High school is often the first time young people have disposable income to start shaping their identity through clothes. That was also the age I started working and discovered my joy in fashion. This project imagines the kind of clothing I would have made for my teenage self.

Each garment was then scanned and digitally reconstructed in CLO3D, then simulated on 3D figures and rendered in a custom environment.
